“Every brushstroke is a reminder that beauty often
begins with a single, brave step. "

Happy December! This season reminds us how much creativity brightens our lives. Whether you’re ending the year with a sketchbook full of ideas or simply finding a quiet moment to pick up a brush, I hope you give yourself space to create somethin that brings you joy.
As we wrap up another creative year, I want to thank each of you for the color, hear and imagination you bring to our community. Art connects us—through shared inspiration, moments of creativity, and the simple delight of making something beautiful. May this season bring you warmth, rest, and a spark of inspiration that carries into the new year.
Thank you for making South Hill Artists a place where talent thrives and creativity feels at home. Here’s to a cozy, colorful December and an inspiring start to 2026!

Warmly,
Doreen Koch Allen ~
